On Friday April 29th, CWW will once again participate in the largest fire truck parade in America at the Apple Blossom festival in beautiful Winchester, VA. Rosenbauer will once again serve as the “Official Truck of the Apple Blossom Festival” and will have two pumpers and two aerial on display as well as some customer trucks that will participate in the parade. If you love fire trucks, parades and a true festival atmosphere, this is the place to be! We invite customers and friends to come up and participate. A truck rodeo featuring a Rosenbauer Custom Pumper will begin at around 9:00am at the Millbrook Middle School and each participant will receive a custom Rosenbauer hat and compete for bragging rights and a custom Rosenbauer gear bag. CWW and two of our fellow Rosenbauer dealers will be set up close by in the morning and will have truck info available. We will be performing demos with a 101’ Cobra Platform and invite interested fire fighters to test drive the unique smart aerial controls, aerial command seat and joy stick controller. There is nothing else in the market like this. The main event, truck parade, takes place in downtown Winchester in mid afternoon. Thousands will be lining the streets to see well over 100 fire trucks that range from mint condition antiques to state-of-the art recently delivered rigs. Each Fire Company participating will be vying for awards that will be presented by Rosenbauer and Festival Organizers later that evening at an awards banquet. This is a great event for fire fighters and their entire families. We hope to see you there!
